Course DescriptionCore recipes and techniques to set you up week after week in your WFPB kitchen. - This Forks Over Knives Meal Prep course helps you prepare for the week by showing you how to use simple techniques such as batch cooking, shopping, minimizing waste and time, storing, and using leftovers. The course emphasizes using whole grains, leafy greens, root vegetables, and other delicious foods that make up a whole food, plant-based diet.
